dude that's awesome! when I was training I didn't have those problems though:p hmm but I always use perfect technique in everything I do, not saying you don't but other guys I see they're always complaining about something not feeling right and they don't use proper technique.

up your intake of protein. Especially at night maybe a slow burning protein shake, eggs, cheese, etc...they'll still with you though the night and they'll feed the muscle growth.

Sounds like your metabolism is working faster so you get hungry. You say it's not hunger? Sounds like it is. If it isn't, then I don't know what that is. I would look into it
You need to eat more.
Eat whether your hungry are not, i suggest fruit
