Girls/guys: what includes in your plate?
I am very happy for any recommendations.
For breakfast : protein shake or oatmeal with fruit in it
Lunch: usually a salad with chicken or chicken stir fry and veggies
Supper: whatever I make my kids I eat. Usually don't have the carb with it though.
Snacks consist of fruit/nuts/veggies and hard boiled eggs for protein.
I hardly eat any bread anymore and cut out all junk and I only drink water and coffee. I have lost 11 pounds in under a month so it must be working.
What salads do you often served?
I've taken out all the unhealthy chips and soda and processed foods out. I have those on occasion. But I usually eat fruits for breakfast and lunch just so I could be satisfied. For dinner I usually just eat chicken and vegetables or whatever boy mom decides to cook that day. But I eat in portions. I drink a lot of water too!
How many fruits would you eat? You're not getting hungry easily?
Do you eat cooked rice?
Rice, Eggs, Salad, Chicken, Raisins
Fruits, Fish, Bread.

No never tried speading out my meals. Is it possible? I mean eating eat less but 5 times a day? I think it is more likely equivalent to 3 times a day eat no snacking but during breakfast lunch and dinner you eat a lot?
Just include 2 extra "meal times" breakfast, x, lunch, y, dinner
so in fact you eat the same amount, but your metabolism will
skyrocket over time due to the regular food consumption.
So, you eat the same amount, but you should lose
weight if you keep it up this way.
when you feel like it's no longer needed
you can just slowly go back to eating 3 times
a day and you metabolism will begin to slow down.

How about after you exercise you eat alot. Is it normal?

I believe it to be called "afterburn" meaning even after your exercise
is finished your body will be working for itself :3

your muscle fibers are placed under stress and retain tiny tears.
Once the muscle fibers have been torn, even though it’s very small tears, those small tears and structures are being repaired by your body after you finish. So that reparation
process is where the calories are being burned.
In other words, your super-smart body is doing its own workout on a cellular level, fixing up the damage you did, and it needs energy for that, so keep eating ^.~
When I'm eating cleanly... a typical day for me might be:
Plate of fruit.
Smoothie with ~4 egg whites, handful of berries, 1/3 cup greek yogurt.
Lunch: quinoa salad, bean/lentil salad, falafels, cheese, 1/2 avocado, vegetables, nuts
Dinner: meat + vegetables.
Snacks if needed : nuts, home made protein bars
You don't eat cooked rice?

If I'm eating clean because I'm fighting soon? Only as a cheat meal.

chicken breast (plain). kale, spinach, chards, broccoli, sweet potato. BAM!
I'm a snacker, personally, I rarely have whole meals, if I do it's like...2 or 3 bites of each thing. If you're not cutting out carbs or fats or whatever fad diet, your plate should be 1/2 veggies, 1/4 starch, 1/4 lean meat.
I want to cut out my carbs. What would be your suggestion that it's in my plate?
When I lost weight I didn't cut carbs entirely (because I refuse to give up fruit, seems counter-intuitive to healthy living) but I did cut out starch/refined sugar. I ate a little more protein and a little more veggies. Also still snacked a lot. haha
How about coffee? Is it good for my diet?
Not really good or bad. How do you drink it? I drink it black so it really has no calories. When I want it iced, I got half whole milk/half coffee and some stevia, but whole milk makes me full so it's kind of a meal
I drink those commercial coffees, not black. Black is too strong :D
You might wanna cut back on those lol
Are green teas like Lipton are helpful?

My main meal of the day is a hearty salad with chicken. I use mixed greens, carrot, sweet red peppers, red cabbage, cucumbers and 3.5 ozs. of chicken. with light dressing. I also eat oatmeal, with berries and nuts in the morning
How often do you eat salads every week?
Oh. One question: What mayonnaise would you use for your salad? I heard that mayonnaise has the cals.

Cereal with whole milk
Macaroni, pasta, whatever else it's called
Buckwheat kasha
Rice
Pilaf
Fried eggs
And more minor foods (snacks)

I don't know actually. My mom makes the rice. Never asked her.
Usually my diet consists of: Oatmeal, salad, fruit, grilled chicken, nuts and yogurt. I only drink water.
I haven't eaten fast food in 4 years. I've cut out all sodas and chips/junk foods.

Cheeseburgers, Fries, Ice Cream, Pizza, sometimes Pizza WITH Ice Cream on them, followed by a diet Coke to cancel out all the calories I just ate.

Okay.. google it best of all google "low on the glicemic index" that diet is designed to loose weigth by eating.. the reason you dont eat grains are because most of them are refined meaning all their nutrients and stuff were taken out of them.. refined grains are in cookies pastas etc.. UNLESS it says whole wheat.. that means the grains are whole and not refined. than those are perfect. but keep googling there's a lot to explain.. am I the most helpful?

Its totally clean food.
Diet varies depending upon my goal.
Main members are
Chicken , Potatoes , Whey protein , Broccoli , Peanuts , Dry fruits , Salmon , Lots off egg whites , rice , bread , Fruits salad.
beans and brown rice lots of veggies and fruits... I love peanut butter and homemade apple sauce soo good on wheat bread
