Why are my nipples always hard?

Ok, so this may be a weird question, but it's been bugging me for a long time (years).

My nipples are constantly erect, to the point where they make me uncomfortable. It doesn't matter what the situation is, either. I could be hot or cold, aroused or not, sick or healthy, doesn't matter. I always have these two little bullets sticking out on my chest, and nothing I can do will help it.

It's bad enough that I can't wear certain shirts, or people will actually comment on it, so I know it's noticeable. I'm just wondering if anyone else has had this issue, or known someone who has. Is there anything I can do to get it to stop? I hate feeling like I'm pointing at people all the time.

I don't know what it is! But it's really awkward for me! My past boyfriends always questioned me about it but I just don't know. I've even gone to the doctors and they don't know what it is. I think I need to go back to another doctor.

Its probably less awkward for me because of bras though haha.

Probably high blood levels of Oestrogen.

I've never heard of that, so I did look it up. Based upon the pictures and symptoms, etc, I'm pretty sure that's not the problem, but thank you for the information.

It's the initial stage of illness , what you've googled is terminal stage of that disease.
I advise you to get checked by another doctor.

I think that it could be because of the shirts that you wear since they will rub up against them.

dude idk! but mine are always usually soft unless someone touches them a lot. theyre never just hard on their own haha
