ever since I was 11 I've had puffy nipples. I've had some really bad anxiety about it every since the problem occurred. I started to get really insecure about it when I was 13-14 and now I'm nearly 16 and I still have puffy nipples and I'm still insecure and worried about them. I've googled and looked up ways to get rid of them. I've tried lifting weights and dieting but it only made my chest bigger it didn't do anything to my nipples. I need serious help I can't go through my life with this issue anymore. It make me so insecure and I now dispise my body. It makes my body look horrible and no one is going to want to date someone with a body like mine. Someone please tell me there's soemthing I'm missing, the only resolution can't be surgary.!
