Nips turn puffy in warm temperatures and erect (hard) in cold. Is this gyno?

Is this gyro or not? Literally looked all over the internet. So many idiots beat around the bush and cannot get to the point. I’am 18 years old and I have had puffy nipples for a while now. I was told by many people that they will go away by the time I reach 20. Is this true? I do not feel any lumps or any bull**** like that. It’s just puffy and it just stays that way unless I’m cold or if I work out.

My husband, my asshole brother inlaw, my husband's Father and husband's Uncle ALL have puffy nipple or areolas. They have ALL had it since they were young. It has never reduced in size even with weight loss. A couple of years ago my I noticed that one breast was larger than the other on my Father inlaw. I thought that it should be checked out be men can get breast cancer too. He was diagnosed with gynecomastia. They did some labs and determined that he did have some slightly elevated female hormones but it was nothing to be worried about. I have NEVER made a big deal or teased my husband. He has extremely fair skin and red hair so I buy him rash guards or swim shirts to swim in.

I don't know what you mean about puffy. but it's normal for nipples to be soft in warm temperature and harden up in cold. does not mean they are erect, they just stand up like skin does when it gets goosebumps.

Puffy as in squishy not hard. My chest is fine it’s just the nipple feels like I put air into it and it becomes pointy and squishy. Then when I’m in cold temp it looks like a normal squishy nipple that’s not pointy and it’s like the air deflated. I did my best explaining it.

so it shrinks. it's not a big deal. a lot of things shrink in cold lol. all peoples nipples react to temperature in some way.

It’s really annoying it pokes through my shirt. I have built a good chest but it just puffs up and pokes through

well at least you're a guy and for you it's still acceptable ;D as a girl for me it pokes even through a bra. I wish I could go braless sometimes but people think I'm just looking for attention when sometimes I just want to let them breathe
