How come when I rub my nipples my body feels weird and uncomfortable?

When i say weird and uncomfortable i don’t mean emotionally i mean physically and it’s not sad nipple syndrome. But i can feel my armpits start to sweat a little and it kind of hurts (not super painful but moreso uncomfortable) and it tingles some. It only stops if i scratch under my arms. Why does this happen and is it normal?

That's normal. Everyone has different reactions at different places. Try changing the position or the other hand and how you touch there... But any way it's nothing to worry about
