Why do I have painful breasts?

I have now since three weeks painful breasts, the first week was very little pain and the second more and now this week i have a lot of pain, and the most painful is when i dont wear a bra. I read that mostly it is before menstruation but i never had this much pain, moving or touching it hurts.

Shall i wait until im on my period and then look if i have still the pain? Or shall i speak with the doctor already if its concerning?

Are you on birth control because that can cause it as well.

I was on it, but i stopped with that a couple months ago

You should not have that pain and certainly not for so long. Get in to see a doctor quickly. If your personal doctor cannot see you quickly, get to an Urgent Care clinic.

When are you do to get your period? Usually breast pain starts a few days before you get it, not weeks. I think you should see a doctor just to be safe.

You could have fibrocystic breast. It's nat harmful, but caffeine and physically stress to the area can cause them to hurt.

Okay, but what if i dont drink caffaine and dont have stress?

Hormonal disruption can also cause them to ache. Or a bra that isn't shaped just right. I would just see a doctor in case it could be something more serious as well

Yeah i think i should do that, when i feel on the sides and under that place where my nipples are a bit on the sides it hurts a lot

I think you should go see doctor because there might be a problem. If there isn't they can tell you what's going on and how to relieve the pain.
