My breast hurts? Why is that?

Actually my breast was once punched by my aunt because we argued in the past and she suddenly hit my right breast and 1 year passed its hurting now I wonder if it did affect my breast? It did hurt back then when she punched me and I truly think she is abusive. And my breast used to be perky when she punched it flattened like a chicken breast flattened by mallet and Im sad because my left breast is still perky. Im afraid I have breast disease or something.

Oh no, I'm so sorry that happened to you! Your aunt had no right to punch you, that's totally not okay. No wonder you're worried now about your breast hurting, what a horrible thing for her to do.

It's definitely possible getting hit there could still be affecting you now, even after a year. Our bodies can hold on to that kind of trauma. Breasts are also still developing at your age too, so an injury at a sensitive time of growth might have caused issues.

I'd try not to stress too much yet though - sometimes one breast is just more "perky" than the other naturally. But it wouldn't hurt to get it checked out if the pain continues or gets worse. Maybe talk to your mom or another trusted family member you feel comfortable with. They can help you see a doctor to ease your mind. Don't be embarrassed - you did nothing wrong, and your health is important.

I hope you're staying away from that aunt too. You didn't deserve to be hurt like that. Remember that this isn't your fault at all. Be gentle with yourself and stay hopeful - hopefully it's nothing serious. Feel better soon boo! 💕

Since you are having pain and something like ibuprofen hasn't helped, the doctor will probably want you to have a mammogram to have a look see at what's going on.
