Help why do I have pain in right side of my breast?

I ate dinner late at night then took a shower the water was hot then changed it to cold. I got out and when I breathe I feel pain in right side of the breast. My Breast on the side feels sore too. Help!

it's just a cramp in muscles because you switch from hot to cold

No but the pain is going away I’m staying warm in my blanket guess it was the hot n cold water
