Any diet advice on getting more vascular arms and attain a slender waist and girls, what muscle or body trait do you like most on men, while not nude?

I am 5'9" and I weigh 170 pounds, and somewhat muscular and around 13-14% BF. I am trying to get my waist slimmer, I wear a size 31 but I want to be at around a size 28-29.

Any suggestions for getting there without losing too much muscle. I've started doing more cardio, lifting, and ab work recently but I am looking to maximize results.
