What do shin splints feel like?

Suspecting I have shin splints from daily dry lands that I do from swimming daily. It kinda feels like a radiating pain that goes down one side of my shin from my knee to about my ankle. Could that be it?

Likely. I've had them for four years. Mine are exactly like that. Still best to go get them checked out incase its a stress fracture. Hope you get better soon! :)
