In the first one, she looks very skinny like she starved herself or something. In the second one, she looks more healthy and curvy and not a walking stick!

She lost weight. She was addicted to heroin, ecstasy, cocaine, ketamine and alcohol. She also suffered with depression, self harming and eating disorders. The second photo was her healthy.

o okay sorry to bum you out just saying a lot of people think that actors or singers that have passed are still around but the reality being that they are not. but yeah i think having had come off of the drugs she did gain weight in a proper way.
