How much weight can you do at the most with preacher curls?

These are preacher curls just in case you don't know the most I've ever gotten was 90lbs.

I change things up but when I use dumbbells I use 1 40 # weight & spot with the other. sometimes 3-4 sets usually 10-8-8 & maybe 6.
With a EZ curl bar I use 80 # about the same as above.
1 trick I learned is to have someone spot you on your last set. Even if they are helping with most of the weight on the positive you do the negative all by yourself. That will give you a nice pump & you'll feel it the next day.
I do that maybe once every 4-6 weeks.

like I've done 150lbs but bicep strength means nothing, and doesn't really have much to do with bicep size. Bench weight or squat are much more important.

I don't do preacher curls, I do standing curls instead with a barbell OR pull-ups. Most I've gotten with the barbell was 105lbs.

Although I have the arm length of an eagle, so curls have always sucked for me.
