I've curled 180 with a barbell while bodybuilding and training. Definitely can't lift or curl anymore due to a shoulder injury I got while enlisted in the Marine Corps.
I'm sure I could have curled more with practice. Great question 🏋️♀️

I do 20kg with a two handed bar for 6 repetitions right now. I've been working out a lot during covid.

Hard to remember, but I only weight 50kg.
I think I did a 37.5kg barbell cheat curl the other day for like 2-3, I think 2 reps - I work out 5x a week and two bicep work directly twice a week and I think I did 35kg for like 5-6 reps before too.
The most I've ever done on a waiters curl, is like 26kg or something like that, prior to any kind of lockdown though and everything has dropped since then TBH.
In terms of with dumbbells in each hand, no idea TBH and if I've done so, I've probably leaned on a bench, like a preacher's curl whilst doing so, like maybe with a 10, 12 or 14kg, dumbbell one at a time for 3-5 reps.
My home equipment is limited in terms of weight, though I can go pretty heavy with barbell bicep curls, with the equipment and weight I have at home, so that's something.
Keep up the good work though, no one should be shamed for making somewhat of an effort at least, so I respect that.I only have 5 pound weights so no idea but I’ve lifted a 42 case pack of water bottles before by transporting them from the laundry room down to the basement where we keep our water bottles so with two hands and some stomach or chest muscle - I can lift that much in weight.
I don’t really work out! I mean I go to the gym and hit the treadmill or the stationary bikes, but that’s usually just to keep my friends company. It truly doesn’t matter what, or how much of it I eat, I just don’t gain weight! Same w/my mom, her sister, my cousins, and my grandma. Lol, just watch, I’ll probably gain like 5lbs next week just b/c I said that!
I can lift pretty heavy. As I've enjoyed training for most of my life. I have changed my workouts though as I have a mesomorph body type and i can gain muscle pretty easily. I love a more feminine physique as it looks better when I dance. 😊
15kg on one arm 15 repetitions.
Could with one repetitions do 20kg.
Imho that is low tbh ;pIf I don't do any other bicep exercice before I can do 15 kg for 3 sets of 10.
If I do then 12 kg for for 3 sets of 10.
If it's my last exercice and my biceps already are dying then 1 set of 8 with 12 kg, 1 set of 10 with 10 kg and 1 set of 12 with 8 kg.Well, I've never done bicep curls before, but just tried, didn't seem to have too many problems with 30lbs per arm..
My bone structure sucks though. If I had thicker bones I'd be able to do twice as much weight.I haven't lifted in quite some time now. I am sure I could manage 10-15 reps with 15lbs though.
With free weights? 60 pounds, I think. With the arm curl machines, 110 pounds. I rarely get to do weights though; all the jackasses at the gym constantly hog the machines every day.
30lbs 20 reps
I used to do 45lbs 30 reps when I was working out regularly.I don't know. I rarely do them with heavy weight. I can do 12 reps with 35's using constant tension and 3 second negatives, or 70lbs with one arm for a 30 second negative on the preacher curl. That's about as heavy as I go.
Most I’ve done is 120lbs, 60lbs per arm, for 3 sets of 14 reps.
At my best in my prime 90ibs with both hands and 30ibs with 6-7 reps. Strangely 5 pounds is a big difference and the most I could do 35 pounds with one hand only was 3 reps.
I don't work out biceps specifally, I prefer doing chin-ups exercises to build up my biceps. I am around 80-82 kg so yeah I lift all my body for like at least 12 times 4 sets.

I can do a lot. The highest pounds I have are 55 pound dumbbells I have two of them
Bicep curls are a useless exercise. I could do 135 both arms 20 reps
The most I’ve been able to rep is 50 lbs dumbbells, but I don't know if I could do at the moment.
I used to max out around 100 for a two hand curl but I had 55 and 60 lb dumbells for individual arms
12kg for 8 rep here!
13 lbs usually
