Well yeah, of course. Imagine what kind of trouble you'd have if you didn't have abs- you couldn't twist or contort your body, balancing yourself would be near impossible, you couldn't support your upper body while standing or sitting upright.

Basically, you'd have to tie a stick to your back in order to stay upright when you wanted to. So yes, I'm very pro-abdomen muscles for the sake of ease :)

Damn straight I like em. An athletic woman can get too bulky and lean and vein-popping-out, but if they maintain some soft curves and smooth lines but still manage a six-pack, that's perfect.
