Hypothetically, if you were facing ten years in prison minimum, for basically nothing, would you kill yourself?

That's how I feel. I haven't committed anymore crimes but that's what I'm looking at if I screw up even the slightest. My origional crimes were bullshit anyways. Kid stuff. Got fucked and went to prison for a year and now I still have ten years hanging over my head in suspended time. They tried to give me 30 years with 15 suspended and I got 20 with ten and the year I did counts as ten. Next time will be the full sentence though. Habitual offender enhancement means I do 80 percent so id go for at least ten years. I want to die.

no i wouldnt. i would serve the time and try to get out early on good behavior, also use that time to get super ripped and learn new things.

I have charges for manufacturing marijuana, marijuana paraphernalia, residential burglary and theft by receiving. I grew the weed, the paraphernalia was a cardboard box beleive it or not, and the residential burglary I was actually scrapping metal at an abandoned house and they gave me a horrible fellony. So if I get in trouble for anything, even smoking weed which I do frequently still I'll go for ten years and I'm 24.
