If the added size comes from fat, you lose it through calorie deficit. If the added size comes from muscle, there is no safe or healthy way to get rid of it. Muscle only decreases through atrophy (muscle loss through lack of use) and undereating, which poses other health risks. Your best bet is to accept that you have a body that is unique to you. Many guys would love the look. If you are concerned with proportion add size to the upper body through strength training to make everything balance out.

Why not just add weight on the top side? It will possible be easier than becoming more seditary. Not to mention that seditary may not fix but increase weight issues.
