So I have a appointment to get birth control pills on Tuesday and I'm getting them for my pain I get with my period I'm not sexually active. I was wondering in anyone knew if I would have to get a vaginal exam or not? I also 19, and I think you have to get them when your 21 but was wondering if they didn't have to since I am not sexually active?

You should probably get one anyway. The earlier you start getting them, the more used to them you'll be, and the easier it will be to get them later! Although women seem to have an easier time going to the doctor than guys do, so either way you'd probably be fine.
