How do I get a rounder butt and thinner legs?

Normally, I'd say add body fat. But if you want thinner legs at the same time, that's less easy.

I'd do exercises that focus more on glutes themselves, like deadlifts. But if you actually want results, you'll probably need to add diet (bulking and cutting, along with adequate protein) to the mix.

When I do those I only feel it in my inner thighs and not my butt? I've looked for videos on how to correctly do them but the results of only feeling it in my thighs are the same.. any input? Thanks.

damn those girls are fucking bad ass d00d. if you want to look like that you should make a friend who has extensive knowledge on lifting correctly and ask if she can help you out. it takes major sweat and dedication to achieve a body like that.
