Okay so I've been looking weight for since this summer and I've gone down from 213lbs to 198lbs. Some people didn't think I was fat in the first place. Yeah right! I'm a pear shaped and thick. My hips are too large (thanks a lot mom!). My arms and everywhere else shrink BUT MY THIGHS!!! I've been doing leg workouts but my things seem to be the last thing to shrink. It looks ridiculous when the rest of my body is thin with fat ass thighs. I wish I had naturally thin thighs and eat without gaining weight. I'm jealous of some women with thinner healthy thighs. Finding pants is tough and tough to try on with big hips and thighs and when my thighs rub together, the inner pants rips. I hate it. What do I do?
Oh and I'm 5'10.

Body is thin with a fat butt/thighs? I think that's perfect! But if you really want them gone :((( focus on diet since you can target weight/fat loss with workouts, weight/fat is loss throughout the body. Stay off carbs (100g or less a day) and let your body use stored fat for energy. With this you should be able to "let it go, let it go, turn your back and slam the door" on big thighs forever!
Well women and girls naturally have bigger thighs then men mostly because we have bigger hips for birthing babies so our thighs are supposed to be bigger. It's healthier. Women aren't supposed to have thin thighs and only men can have thin thighs. It's just natural for men to be skinnier and women to be a little fatter because the women have the babies. There men thay love big thighs! Why would you want thin thighs? Work those curves!

Try talking to a physical trainer. I know it sounds incredibly lame, but trust me... they know what they are doing! You really need to have a workout plan for your body. you can't spot reduce fat but you can spot increase muscle, so because with exercising your thighs.
I say you go up to your parents and scream at them for your crappy genetics. The best way to reduce weight is to go on a caloric deficit, and hope for the best. You can try to build muscle on your upper body in order to help balance things out.Hey You are still over weight You still need to lose about 20 Pounds then you can start to address the situation The thighs Will always be bigger than your arms So You will lose more weight on you arms than your legs So 198 pounds is till over weight for your height Please lose about 20 more pounds
