If you have a natural pear shape to your body you always will. You won't be able to do anything to your lower body to achieve a balanced figure. No matter what you do your lower body will always appear slightly disproportionately larger to your upper body. This is the defining trait of the pear shape. The only way to balance things out is not to make the lower body smaller but to add thickness/mass to the upper body in select areas.

No it won't. It'll make them sexier. But you're interested in bone thin so you definitely should try starving yourself and overtraining.
Working out will not make you less thick. If anything, it will make you MORE thick. The only way you will become less thick is if you are taking in less calories that you are burning. Simple. Sometimes working out will help you burn more calories but only if you do not change your diet or you change it to where you're eating less.
ok I have never done this but my friend's roommate does (did?) it and she got really thin and toned so I would say it's worth a try! :)

Toned and smaller are not the same.
which do you want?I suggest pilates will help you on tones thighs and a sexy butt
P90X is more for your core (I think) but for a toned legs and butt do stadiums for caffs walk around on a the balls and toes of your feet like you would for dance.
Depending on your body type, it may bulk you up. The Tracy Anderson method is supposed to do the opposite. Good luck!
It will tone..remember 8-10 for size..12-15 for lean. Listen to Tony.
