Which one plays a bigger role when it comes to remembering information?
I already know they're both super important.
Body as well as brain needs to relax and rest. I say sleep is essential. When remembering information , try to study before sleep. Then sleep. When you wake up , you will keep the information fresh. That is what I heard and experienced.

Sleep helps your brain work. Not sleeping and exercising would put a strain on your body and mind
sleeep doesn't do a shit it's a loss of time :-P
there re days where i've slept only 4-5 hrs, and my memory was in a very good shape XD
