That's just an age thing and has more to do with technology in general. I spent all of middle and high school very sleep deprived. Even for my first day of middle school, I had stayed up all night watching Youtube and getting ready two hours earlier. However, I fixed my sleeping schedule soon after graduating and I do not regret it whatsoever.
I get a solid 5 - 7 hours of sleep most nights and wake up early each morning. Getting more sleep with an actual routine makes you feel way healthier.

I admit I sometimes end up playing games too long, but I still know sleep is much more important. You can’t do anything if you’re exhausted.
Depends on your age. At your age winning games. At mine? F*** it I'm tired and going to bed. 😆😆😆
