I'm taking biotin I take 10,000mcg my hair went from chin length to end of bra strap. some people have a problem with biotin because they don't drink enough water throughout the day so that the biotin can break down which means they get a lot of acne this hasn't happened to me though but then I never had much acne so I think It just depends on your skin if you break out fast then you should drink lots of water I suggest if you want to take 10,000mcg you first start with 5000mcg then after a month or two you take the 10k also only take biotin from
Nature's Bounty the other ones don't really work as well.
Also don't take 5 pills of the 1000 just buy Natures bounty of 5000 if you need a link I'll link you (:
I took 5,000 mcg of biotin. You have to drink plenty of water. I must say I haven't noticed much growth.
justr looked it up. about 25 mcg per day, although it depends on the reason you are taking it.
if you are using it as a supplement to grow hair 25mcg is probably all you should take
