I know i felt sick for a day, but I was vegan for 4 months before trying a nice ol' steak again :D Anyways, I've been a vegetarian for a year, just logically speaking, it should not affect your weight at all, depending on how you approach it, meaning you should probably start with less and kinda eat your way back into meat.. Hope this helps :)

I did that after I first became a vegetarian and broke out like crazy. I didn't gain weight because it was only one little chicken breast but still it broke me out (but meat and dairy has always been what breaks me out). But it's a no on the weight gain, I did seem super bloated though

it will probably make you sick first time too... if you been veggie for six months why would you want to eat dead animals again anyway? im genuinely interested as I've been veggie for over 30 years and not once in that time did i consider not being. did you become veggie because of animal rights or was it a fashion statement?

I am recovering from an eating disorder and (sorry a bit tmi) have still not got my period back, having lost it when I had an eating disorder. I love animals so much and that is keeping me from eating meat, but my parents are worried for my health and think eating meat will help. I want to continue to eat vegetarian but I don't know what the best for my health would be.

in that case i say that eating meat will not help physically or emotionally. eat cheezey pizzas to pile on pounds. seriously you will get as much protien and carbs from dairy, soya and pulses. you parents must think being veggie is to blame for you issues which is understandable but not true, you just need to find the right alternatives. for this google is you friend x

that depends on how much your intake is and activity level throughout the day. your body might have a little difficulty processing the meat at first, maybe.

if you've been eating protein and not starving yourself then no. if you have been restricting/starving yourself or avoiding protein, then yes you likely will.

When you ate lots of protein from milk and eggs, no.
