Trending & News It's unrealistic but not impossible. Don't do anything stupid like starve yourself. PS running is a crappy way to lose weight. Do bodyweight circuits for an hour 4-6x a week, make sure your using your muscles and if you aren't breathing hard and sweating the whole time you aren't going to make your goal. A realistic goal is 8lbs per month safely. I'm a personal trainer by the way.
Also go see a local fitness pro so you don't have to guess. Make sure to drink lots of water (bodyweight in lbs. x 17= 4.2 liters a day) and stay away from simple fast absorbing sugars like soda pops, candy, chocolate, cakes etc. A little change goes a long way, people fail from trying to change to much. Master this before you try to overhaul your entire life.
Don't get caught up with the numbers. Stay with it and you'll see changes. I recommend also adding weight/resistance training to your regimen for maximum results. Stay off carbs and eat more fiber and you'll do great!
Weight loss starts in the kitchen. It's possible but it isn't as healthy as losing it at a slower rate
It's possible but, it's not healthy or recommended.

My friend lost 45 in 60 days, so yeah its possible with a strict diet and workout routine. Now he looks so different though like he did drugs to get there, he didn't, but i had to get used to it.
