Its winter here, but I like running in cold sunny weather. What are your preferences?

I've recently started running but I've always lifted weights. Personally i love when its cold and I lift or run don't sweat as much and your not really really hot. I don't think I could do any cardiovascular exercises in hot weather ahaha good luck!

I like it summer and winter, but yes, in summer you soak :-)

I like it cold but when training I like it warm and when working outdoors same thing. But just walking around doing stuff or sitting in the back yard bring me the cold weather yay"

Thats pretty cold. Cold here is when it hits the 50's or the 30's

I like the cooler weather more then the heat of summer. But once it starts getting into the minus 20s C I tend to slow down on the outside sports.

I'd rather just run inside than die of pneumonia. Yes, I'm fragile... I can run in 100+ degrees Fahrenheit alright without a problem.

you don't get pneumonia when you run outside. You just need the good clothing. I even sweat at -10°C

Breathing cold air will you're sick will give you pneumonia. I'm literally always sick during the winter. Hell, I'm sick right now._. I wasn't made for the cold, my trade off is the heat

I wish it was cold and snowing all year long. I hate the sun but only love it when there are sunsets.
