Yea I have Abs lol, there just starting to become visible though my general Ab routine is

Cable Crunch 1 set of 10-12 reps
1 set of Hanging Leg Raises to failure
1 set of Bicycle Crunches to failure
rest for 1-3 minutes and repeat

So basically you superset Cable Crunches, Hanging Leg Raises and Bicycle Crunches with no rest in between exercises. You would superset this 3 times, and you would do this twice a week once in the beginning of the week on Monday and again on Friday at the end of the week. It's a killer workout let me tell ya painful to once you start to reach failure lol but it works the top, middle and bottom of the abdominal area so it hits everything

I also have a good healthy diet and I also do about an hour to an hour and a half of cardio each week in addition to my healthy intake of food and supplements.

Abs are really all about the diet. Ab exercises help strengthen the core and will help them be more defined when you do cut down on the body fat, but without a proper healthy diet.. or insane genetics... Having abs that show can be rather difficult.

You saying soda cracks me up because of what most people where I'm from refer to when they say "soda". I know you mean soda pop (soft drinks).. but where I'm from whenever someone says "soda" without specifying what kind of soda, it is assumed that they are referring to baking soda. But yeah, You could be on an amazing diet, but one can of soda would set you back a couple of days. And then if you do this every day, you're just setting yourself back even more. Unless you have insane genetics... but from the sounds of it, you're like most people.. and don't have crazy genetics. So, yeah, someone's going to have to hide all of the soda.

Distilled (not purified) water doesn't have a taste and you will have to buy this. Which shouldn't be a problem since you're already paying for the sprite. The kind of water your drinking is either filled with chemicals or filled with minerals like iron.

Neither of which are distilled. Sink water is the worst haha, but going to the grocery store and getting a gallon of distilled water. That should be better than what you're used to drinking. Bottled water has minerals in it, which gives it a flavor. I hate bottled water.

There are two aspects on seeing abs. First is developed ab muscle and your excercises are OK for that. Second is the fat layer on your abs. You can train your abs as hard as you want, as long as the fat layer hides them, you will not see them, or only subtle or only feel them. So you will have to work on both if you want clearly visible abs. But reducing your fat, will also reduce your female curves. Be prepared to accept that.

I have a flat stomache, with some muscle definition, I have a well toned athletic build, but I wouldn't say I have a four pack yet. If I really tighten up my abs you can see a four pack but not at rest. I do sit-ups, crunches, weight training, swimming and running to keep in shape for softball. Probably as much cardio as I do muscle toning or building exercises.

I play a lot of sport, soccer in particlar. Cardio work outs are intense to keep fitness up as well as core and strength training, so all of that together, give me that body. I still eat like there's not tomorrow but I maintain the routines without fail.

Generally speaking Abs on a girl (as in solid abs) are not that attractive, what you want is that toned lining. Afterall, nothing makes a guy feel terrible more than having his girlfriend have better, stronger and more defined abs than him. Just saying

My gym routine is quite extensive and focuses on my core. I can share it if you want. I am slowly upping my weight for my exercises and also the number of exercises I do.

100 sit ups
60 second left plank
60 second standard plank
60 second right plank
(repeat plank cycle - 6 minute total plank)
75 bench leg lifts (lay on a bench, hold bench with your hands by your head, raise your legs in a leg lift, and continue until you're standing on shoulders and then lower)

- I am omitting my arm/butt/leg workout. Bridges do work the butt however.

Also, diet is about 80% of the equation.

My full gym routine takes me about 2 hours.
