What exercise do I need to do? I've been exercising and I've gain an inch on my waist?

I would recommend crunches and side-bends. However, running/jogging is good too.

Carbs dont automatically mean fiber. Yes depending on what type of carbs you eat, carbs such as oatmeal and yams are great sources of fiber, and yes a lot of people are lacking fiber, but eating more carbs is not the answer to a diet lacking fiber. Broccoli has a lot of good fiber. Carbs turn into sugar and if you think eating more carbs will take inches off your waste, you are sadly mistaken
