A size 14 in Europe or Taiwan is different from a size 14 in America so I can't say whether you are too big or too small. Height also matters and so does genetics. If you think you are overweight - lose weight for health reasons and longevity reasons and not to look good. When people focus on health they don't starve themselves or over eat. When people focus on looking good they make all kinds of unhealthy choices. Try eating an Asian or Mediterranean diet because Asians are usually skinnier. It's not because they have better genes its because their diet is different. For example - we do not eat eggs, bacon and toast in the morning and most of us don't eat any cheese in our diet either. Most of us don't drink milk either unless we are pregnant.

that may be a bad way to measure how "fat" you are. you can have a totally different body shape that requires a bigger size of pants but still be incredibly healthy.
