Bar of soap or body wash, which do you prefer?

Question

I know that a bar of soap is much cheaper than body wash but I just can't stand it. My skin feels rubbery after I use a bar of soap but not with body wash. Can anybody relate? Which do you prefer?

For simplicity's sake I like using those shampoo/bodywash two-in-ones. It's not as economical as a bar of soap and separate shampoo, however.

I tend to buy more bar soap because it's cheaper (especially when I'm buying natural). It does give me an annoying rubbery feeling but I get over it.
However but when I do get body soap it's just whatever shampoo's on sale, because shampoo is cheaper and I rarely ver need a whole bottle

I do have both in my shower. I guess it just depends on which one I feel like using. I find that using body wash and a loofah (to scrub) myself is easy opposed to a bar of soap. And I like to use a bar of soap (the dove one in your meme) when I finish shaving (less irritated skin)

i use both lol!! bar soap; i use Dove and when it comes to body wash i will go for organic formula or hypoallergenic formulas because my skin is sensitive

Try having dark skin and it's a nightmare righting soap that won't leave soap scum. I have to use body wash or else I'll have to lotion up my entire body

Dove!!! Makes my skin so soft and feels hydrated and days I don't use it ( if I ran u I use shampoo or other soaps) and I regret it and its the worst shower ever.

Body wash Girl here! Body wash makes you smell soo good, I know my guy appreciates the sweet smells. Sometimes he just sniffs and try's to guess what "flavor" I washed with hat day!

I use bodywash because it's easier for me to work with and it's always clean. Dirt can sometimes stick to or get inside soap and that prevents always using clean soap.

I use both, daily... soap on my armpits and privates and body wash on the rest. Some body washes are too perfumy for my sensitive areas so I use dove or oil of olay bath bars on those.

Body wash is more convinient for me. You can just lather it on and go rough on your skin. With a bar of soap, you have to take an extra step to lather your entire body first and then get to cleaning.
