Is eating Nesquik powder bad for you?

Today I drank to cups of milk with a lot of Nesquik and then I ate Nesquik powder. Ifelta bit sick after I drank my second cup of Nesquik milk. Is it too much sugar?

LOL Nesquik does have quite a bit of sugar in it, and it's very easy to add a crapload of powder to a little bit of milk. If you're watching your sugar I wouldn't recommend it as a staple of your diet but other than that I don't think eating the powder is gonna kill you lol.

Just finished a glass of nesquik 10 minutes ago. Mmm Think I'll have another.
Well yeah it's got a lot of sugar and I can't say I've ever eaten it straight without milk. It won't kill you but I wouldn't recommend eating it straight. It sounds sickening.

I used to drink a lot of nesquik back in the day. It hasn't done me any harm and you just reminded me of something I haven't had for years and the next time I do the food shopping I'm gonna get some!!!

haha i used to eat a lot of holicks when i was 4-10 but yeah nesquick has tons of sugar. and a excess of sugar will convert into yellow fat.
