I find salads to be absolutely unfulfilling and I just want to know what you girls eat /snack on to keep you skinny.
Some tips would be good.
I'm not skinny but healthy size. I eat very healthy. Almost no breads, no fast food, very very few processed foods or prepackaged foods, no soda. I'm considered 99% gluten and processed food free. My salads include nuts, grapes, chicken or steak, a chopped up toasted potato sometimes, craisins.. I use free almost always. I lost 30 lbs in a year. I eat a banana, a fried egg, yogurt and an apple dipped in peanut butter every am over the course of 2 hours. Salad for lunch and fruit smoothie, then a meat and vege dinner. Water, I'm never hungry. If I am I eat a couple nuts or an egg.

Fruit, vegatables (wokked in oil, you can spice them to improve the taste), proteins (to keep muscle), nuts. I avoid straight carbs, sugar, soft drinks, alcohol.

I am 5 foot 2 and I weigh 136 pounds. I have very muscular legs and arms. I want to lose all that.

No I just want to be skinny so I can look amazing in fashionable things
I just want to lose some problem areas that is all.
And I do want to be skinnier and fashion model looking

I'm not a skinny pretty girl and I eat everything and anything. I think you look good. Don't change your size for anyone but yourself kk :).
Not that I'm super skinny, but: Greek yogurt and blueberries. Scrambled eggs and spinach. Oatmeal and almonds. Turkey sandwiches. Grilled chicken or fish and veggies. I like making smoothies, too. With whatever fresh fruit I have available.

1-2 table spoons peanutbutter a day is ok but can be bad if a lot more. Its protein so good at filling you up.
