How much can u lose in a week from cutting carbs?

I've cut them and having been having really low energy headaches I've also had trouble sleeping

Cutting carbs can work very well to lose some fat but it helps to eat lots of protein. Like meats, cheese, and chocolate milk. Chocolate milk may actually help your headaches and tiredness because there's enough sugars and other stuff to help your body absorb the protein and metabolize it better. Also, not sure how long you've been on this diet but if you can make sure you're eating some proteiny foods and little/no carbs, it takes about 7-10 days for your stomach to get a hang of how to metabolize it. This may be why you don't feel great. But if you can be tough and get through that week, it becomes extremely easy because your body will run more efficient and you will lose your craving for carbs. Then it's smooth sailing to losing as much weight as your body can healthily do.

You can't completely cut carbs from your diet. They are essential to the body. A way to consume healthy carbs is by fruit. Counting your calories and exersising is the best way to go. There's no way to cheat around and lose weight easily.
