Workload just became increasingly heavy this week, and I'm having trouble waking up in the morning?

Any tips you an give me to help me balance my energy levels out evenly, I also take classes as well, and my job is slightly physical demanding I'm standing long hours running back and forth and lifting heavy things (I'm in catering).
