5'3... 20... hmm... you would be considered healthy around 115-120.
Regardless, after 25 you'll gain a little weight and so on. As long as you are healthy right now and can maintain that healthy level, you're good.
You "shouldn't" weigh under 110lbs, but you're close enough to it.
I would say 115 to 120 lbs would be a healthy weight based on your height.

depends on your bust waist hips, bone structure, blood ancestry, etc. but i would guess based on age and height alone that you should be 125-130 lbs but 105-145 lbs could be fairly healthy weights depending on certain factors. my wife has always been around 5'2'' 115 but she looks 103 because she is very strong with big bone structure and a nice backside.. anyway, she claims her healthy weight is 135 because of all the different factors i have mentioned, even with a 34-24-34 figure..
Normal weight for a girl your height is 105 to 120 pounds
Whatever says on the scale is exactly how much you should weigh.
Around 120 pounds would be ideal.
