Bench: Was 165 last time I checked. That was 2 years ago. I haven't checked 1RM in years and I now exclusively use dumbbells rather than barbells, so it's difficult to calculate.
Squat: Never checked 1RM. Sets of 8 reps @ 235.
Deadlift: Again, never checked 1RM. I can bang out sets of 12 cleanlyusing the same weight I use for my working sets on squats (235) but I find that I struggle to keep my balance when I up the weight.

@marksmith108 just the way im built hahaa. my upper body seems to have a much easier time handling but as long as both numbers consistently rise I don't mind.

my deadlift is all good, its my squats. my friend says my left foot is a little bit more forward than my right but when i look at him his right is a bit forward than his left lol. can't be perfect every time i guess.
nah no ass to grass, im going like 2 inches past 90 degrees.
its really hard on my knees going that low & heavy. maybe one day but for now im chillin, it works lol.

I know how you feel, I hit 280 maybe 2 months ago and im now repping it 4 times 2 sets out of 4. shit is hard on my wrists lol.
