Girls, can you please share your height and weight also..

Apparently roughly just 54 kg. I had sprained my spine recently though through something else. Not through weight lifting.
So, I've been really cautious with deadlifts.

Thanks. It's been difficult at times.
I'm 5'6" and 130 lbs.

This is where it gets funky lol.
Most people who say they squat can't even do a full squat. Quarter squats don't count in my opinion.

I have only Squatted like 48kg because of the same reason as the deadlifts.

I have done leg presses of 122kg easily though right down to touching the safety stop for more than 10 reps.
My gym partner says I could do 263kg easily but I haven't tried yet. 😅 (I know that's nothing impressive though as it's a leg press lol.)
