Creatine is steroids.

I don't know what you meant by using it for your abs, it doesn't help abs. What it does is use the water you drink and pulls it into your muscles, which gives you more strength during short intense training.
You need to be drinking around 120oz of water daily, otherwise you get dehydrated, and your kidneys fuck up. It'll make you very bloated though because of the excess water and will kind of make you look fat.
I usually cycle it for a month and then get off it and gain about 5-10 lbs.

Creatine, which is a naturally occurring substance in red meats, is a great supplement that has been clinically proven to improve strength and muscular performance. You have to know how to take it correctly though. You can buy cheap creatine monohydrate in powder form at GNC or any other supplement store for under 10 dollars a bottle. It's a flavorless powder that you can add to your shakes or just add to water. You should start off with a loading dose of 25g every day for the week to reach peak creatine levels. After that, you should take a maintenance dose of 5g every day (the universally recommended amount on bottle) to maintain those levels. While taking creatine, YOU NEED TO DRINK ENOUGH OF WATER. I read somewhere that you need to drink 4 ounces of water per gram of creatine that you ingest. I just grab a gallon water jug every morning and make sure it's gone by the end of the day. An no, you do not have to "cycle" creatine. Continual use gives continual benefits.
drinking lots of water is the best way to keep muscle tissue hydrated. And consuming a good protein source immediately after exercise will speed up the rate at which the tissue repairs itself. I myself am not a huge advocate of taking multiple supplements or added substances. A well balanced diet, plenty of fluids, and a well designed exercise program are the keys to fitness for me.
You can't use it and just get abs it doesn't work like that. I have been using it for about a month and I gained about 15lbs (trying and dieting hard), looking much better as well. It doesn't make me feel different. If you stop taking it then you will lose some water weight but keep muscle size. Its not gonna harm you unless you dont drink your daily recommended amount of water, and it can be bad for your kidneys if you produce too much creatinine in your body.
I used it. It has no side effects that I know about. Seems to be pretty simple on your body. Mine tasted like cheap kool-aid
Used it for a while a few years back, It's good... but water retention can become an issue... and if ya use too much, upsets ya stomach fierce.
I always mix my creatine with herion and coke. Speed and get big at the same time i am onto something!
