So i work out about 3-5 times a week.. i take Amplfied whey bioltic extreme 60 protein shake. works for me increases stamina so they advertised it right. and i can see results so far i'm pretty much in shape and bulit now ( i've been working out for a while by the way ) and i play soccer... so my cousin recomended trying out creatine... i was like let me do some research first before i use it.. so appently it does work it fills ur muscles with water.. but the thing im wondering about is. is it good? what happens when i stop working or stop taking it? is it gunna harm me? the only reason i would wanna use it is for my Abs. and i dont take any pre-work outs. i try going natural as possible
