Firstly, you should only want this for you--not for others. Secondly, whatever shape you are in, your attitude, personality and confidence are by far the sexiest attributes anyone can have. Period.
Healthy living tips: robtheman has some pretty sound advice about eating I think. I believe that diets and calorie counting are useless hogwash. Don't fall prey to another get-rich-quick scheme. Regarding robtheman's eating tips, I would personally suggest eating as healthy as possible instead of eating just anything. Avoid junk food at all costs. Fast food and store-bought junk food is POISON. Carbs are okay. Healthy carbs are better (brown basmati rice is excellent). Fruits and vegetables are the best foods you can eat but of course every human body also needs "good" fats (mono and polyunsaturated) and proteins. Some great and very healthy snack foods are edamame (raw soybeans), almonds, sprouted whole-grain bread with avocado, anything with fresh tomatoes (great for your blood) etc. If you do eat meat, then try to stick to fish and chicken. These are both very high in protein and widely considered extremely healthy and nutrient rich. As robtheman said, eat whenever you are hungry and stop when you are no longer hungry--not when you are full.
Exercise as often as you can and try to allow yourself at least 30-60 minutes of full cardio work EVERY day. Cycling, running, jogging, walking, dancing and sex are all considered great forms of cardio exercise. Working on your muscles is also a great way to build yourself up into a strong and well shaped person but should not be considered an alternative to full cardio work. Doing cardio AND muscle work is awesome if you have the time for it. Many people live where all these activities can be readily found just outside or "lying around" so to speak but many other people do not have such a situation and get what they need by joining a local gym. Personally, I grew up heavily studying kung fu and have kept it up still. Kung fu and other martial arts training are fun and very healthy ways of keeping very fit (body and mind) and also confident, secure and wise.
You say that you, "...have tried everything!" What you will really need is:
1) Knowledge. Learn as much as you can about healthy foods form INDEPENDENT sources NOT books or magazines. The website "World's Healthiest Foods" link is very informative. The Mayo Clinic has some great resources for food and health info link
2) Discipline. You must stick to it. You must continue your activities and healthy eating every day, but if you do slip up, you must not get down on yourself. Just get right back up and keep going.
3) Dedication. You must be doing all this because YOU want to, and always believe in your purpose. Avoid meaningless goals like wanting to look like "so-and-so" and do it because you want to look and feel strong and healthy.
Best of success,
-Teresa

Yeah I'll tell you what works for me. I gain weight during the holidays and so far I still have a tight stomch and everything. Here's what you do. Making sre you're eating about every 3 hours. this will kee your metabolism at a good steady level which is what you want. Also you don't have to deprove yourself of sweets or anything. Just make sure your getting your daily value of things. Green veggies, lean meats (ground tuurkey, chicken, fish over beef and pork.). Whole wheat rices and breads over starchy whites. Its not about diet its about lifestyle. If you have to get fast food get things like grilled chicken over a fried or beefy things.
Get a good 30 mins a day of cardio. Going up and down the stairs is waaaaay better than just getting on the treadmill. Because when you do stairs it adds strength training and helps you be tone. And you wanna mke sure that you get some weights in. You don't actually have to own weights. get a couple jugs of water and left them. The key is metabolism. You wanna train your body to burn fat. A combination of eating well with 30 mins of exercise a day (or at least every other day) will help you body get to where you want it. You don't have to really count calories but to lose weight you have to burn more thanyou are consuming. that's why fast food is soo bad. It makes it hard. There's nothing wrong with eating a big sub. But its better if you mke it. Wheat bread, fresh lettuce, cheese, cut up strips of turkey breast, and things along those lines. Anything you buy fast food is 90% more healthy when you are making it yourself with healthy fresh ingrediants. And like I said... do not deprive yourself. If you're hungry then eat. Just try to eat better. And here is nothing wrong with eating the chocolate cake or pumpkin pie your grandma made this holiday. Just try to get a little extra cardio in. And don't worry to much about the number on the scale because muscle weighs more than fat.
to get a better body, you should be burning more calories per day than you are taking in. If not the excess goes towards storage (fat).
So you need to find a diet that does this, but also one that you can stick to forever. A diet is supposed to be a permanant thing, not something you go on when you think you're getting out of shape.
Going to the gym 3-5 times a week will greatly increase the calorie burning with cardio vascular excercises.
Also lifting heavy weights will build you muscle and muscle makes your body increase the rate of fat loss from burning calories, and just makes you look better.
And when I say muscle, don't think of the women with huge steroid looking arms etc, I mean feminine muscle. Many women don't use heavier weights because they are afraid of turning into Arnold Schwartznegger, but that will not happen I assure you.
A high protien diet will go good with a workout lifestyle, and carbs to keep energy levels up. When I say carbs I mean, Fruit, rice, pasta, potatoes etc, not cake and candy bars.
you have to try to cut junk food out, there's nothing beneficial in it at all.
Its a sacrifice from being able to laze around and eat what you want, but most people with exellent bodies work hard and think the sacrifice is well worth it.
When you have a really nice body, you won't belive the attention you'll get, and how much better people treat you on a subconscious level.
So its a goal that worth striving for
It's all about heartrate end of story.
You have to consume less then you burn and keep your heartrate up throughout the day. Those two things will lead to weight loss. Exercise that doesn't include this will just lead to fatigue and no weight loss.
Try to keep meals to twice a day, less then 400 calories a meal (stoffers has some TV dinners that are filling and that low for ex. Stuffed Bell Peppers) and keep your heart rate up at least 3 times a day. Once can be aerobic running a mile or so a day (atleast 20 mins of exercise) the other two can be simple low level weight lifting or pushups and crunches.
Remeber that muscle burns over 2x as much calories as fat and girls can have a good amount without showing through the higher body fat % they have. So think about creating a stronger core with muscle focus. Do crunches, twists, yoga like pushups ect and with all that you will start to see a noticeable difference especially if you are more then 30 lbs overweight.
It's work don't fool yourself that it will be fun or easy but it's worth it in so many ways.
There is also one other shortcut, if you want to know message me.

Cut out all soda and booze. Stop eating candy and chips. Stop eating fast food. Eat a balanced diet of small portions, leaning more towards low-glycemic carbohydrates in the morning and more towards proteins at night. Do plenty of cardio, do some sit ups, maybe even do some resistance training with light weights. Muscle burns fat faster than no muscle, so get some. If you're worried about about ending up really muscular and being some Lucy Lawless clone now that you're lifting weights, don't, because it ain't gonna happen. The essential idea is burn more calories than you take in, hopefully by exercise and smart diet rather than fasting and punishing yourself. A lot of guys take protein supplements, since protein requires twelve times as much energy as carbs to put into your body, but don't rely on the stuff. Make sure you don't spike your insulin. Do sit-ups. Let your muscles rest, but don't get lazy. It takes time, and it's a grind, but there's no substitute for hard work. There's nothing wrong with being in shape, so get to it.
Oh, if you feel the need to cheat on your "no garbage into your body" policy, do it. It's worth it to not go insane, and if you're exercising and eating right, it's such a small blip that it doesn't matter.Okay iv'e had a bad body for a while I tried absolutly everything , and I finally developed my own style of getting in better shape , so I think if you give this a trial for a week you will see a more tonned and healthy you.
Tip one : Eating ,DONT COUNT CALORIES ! Eat when your hungry stop when your not hungry anymore , I mean don't wait til your full . I mean stop when your not hungry. you can snack as much as you like BUT you must be hungry and stop when your not okay. you can eat absolutly everything indian chinese pizza but just stop when your not hungry.
Tip two : Excersize , this is the most important activity try for 40 min a day the 3 activity's I would recomend are swimming, running, and vigorous sex do any one of these for 40 min a day and your body will trim down and tone up , now don't tell me you can't handle shagging mad for 40 min a day. ( brownie points , as your guy will love you more). the next activity try for 20 min , 10 sit ups > 10 press ups(maybe start of the women ones ) > 10 sit ups > 10 press ups for 20 min , when it hurts its good !
ONE WEEK , eat whatever you like and only excerisze for 60 min a day and get a better body , its easy x
Personal experiancedrink lots of water! it cleans you out and drops off water weight, which will make you look at least a little bit thinner and keep you motivated, and lots of water will help you feel full, so you don't eat every time you are bored.
EAT LESS! it gets easier after a while because your stomach "shrinks", so you feel full after eating less as time goes on.
running, especially sprinting, works well and quickly, so if you can, join a sport or something.
also, try helper exercisers, like the video game DDR (dance dance revolution)I drink a lot of green tea, I take CLA, japanese fiber supplements & work out. there's no short cut. you have to exercise and some people opt for starvation but long run that ruins your digestive system so I just recommend taking supplements to boost metabolism, and exercising. I also tend to drink lots of water too.
eat every two hours to boost ur metabolism and blood sugar level
eat oatmeal in the AM and lean meats in the PM some fruit also
then do cardio everyday of the week for 30 minutes each session at like a 4.5 pace with a 5 incline on the treadmill have to get ur heartrate to 60% of ur maximum heart rate which is 220 minus ur age
then work out 3x a week do some upper body some lower body and some ab excercises do lots of reps with less weight to lose weight and get a define body
and buy him beer like intra said he will see ur body much more attractive lmao jk unless you want to do that lol
what do you think of my body?
linkHave you tried the special K diet?
It's working for me, and I get to eat chocolate all day. (:
I play tennis with my sister every afternoon so that helps with staying in shape. (:
If you don't have anyone to goof off with then just exercise everynight and every morning. Just sit ups leg lift etc. It gets boring but after a while you will see results.Unless you have a serious injury, or medical problem wich causes you not to be able to loose weight, I can assure you that you have not tired everything.
And if you have, you haven't obviously stuck to it.Nothing is more attractive than a woman who is comfortable with her body.
you've tried everything? have you tried healthy eating and moderate exercise consistently for at least 3 months? because that is what works and gets your body in shape. unless you have a medical problem or injury you can do it.
wear 10 pound weights for a month, should give ya legs a toned look. even 4 pound weights would help
if he is your boyfriend, he is already impressed.
