Need a fast diet I was thinking maybe the soup diet?

Do cardio exercises everyday and maybe a break on one day of the week. (I would recommend FitnessBlender on YouTube, they have a really good range of exercises). Try to eat healthily everyday, cut back on sugary and fatty foods/drinks to maybe one a week and cut back more and more until until you get used to not eating unhealthily. Also, drink water when you're thirsty.

I'm sorry to tell you that there are no safe ways to lose weight fast. Losing about 2 pounds a week through calorie counting and exercise is the best way to lose weight and keep it off.

Sweet potato, eggs, green vegetables and lean meat.
