180lbs shredded is pretty much monstrous.

^ 178cm, 185lbs, 6% bodyfat. That's bloody huge.
My goals change all the time. Sometimes I want to look like Lu Xiaojun and be 170lbs

and other times I want to look like Furious Pete and be 200lbs.

What Guys Said
+1 yI used to be ripped and shredded but after I became a doctor and joined into hospital, I don't get much time for maintaining a healthy diet like I used to eat before.
I'm posted as an internship doctor at orthopaedics department and tbh I have to check tons of patients everyday for like 10 hours a day, I hardly manage to go to the gym :(00 Reply- 611 opinions shared on Health & Fitness topic.
+1 yUmm neither... This sounds like something a bodybuilder would obsess over. I have never cared what I weigh but i do care about what my body can do. It's important that I stay able to move, run, and keep compound lifts a 2x body weight.
I'm 5'10 and have weighed in at anywhere from 160lbs to 182lbs. I'm currently 168 lbs. When I was competing in crossfit I sat in at around 172 lbs.00 Reply
+1 yI would have to see photos of what you're talking about but I'll go with what I THINK you're talking about.
With what I think you're saying, I would rather be 180lbs and "ripped"
(although at my height, frame size and bone structure, I would probably still weigh at least 220-230lbs.) I think most "bodybuilders" look disgusting. If I was a "shredded" bodybuilder, I would weigh probably 310-320lbs and I would look disgusting. I HATE that look.00 Reply
+1 yI would much rather be 180 pounds, ripped and shredded 😂👌
It's more aesthetically pleasing and being a body building monster doesn't get you strength, it's just huge muscle cells with i necassary weight. It would be inconvienient as well if you're a massive body builder.00 Replys3.amazonaws.com/.../...472a-aa8b-bc53cb88571c.jpg
this was like 10 lbs ago.

something near this is goals, would be achievable too, if I did a few cycles00 Reply
+1 yi am 19 atm, by the time i am 21-22 my aim is to have these stats:
chest=44''
forearm=13"
waist=31"
thigh=23"
hip=27"
bicep=16"
neck=16"
so its a pleasant mix of both u said and lol don't just give weights without taking height into consideration, i am 5'10.5'' for me even 180 pounds would actually be a decent amount of mass since at 163lbs itself i am an average joe and not skinny00 Reply- 1.8K opinions shared on Health & Fitness topic.
+1 y180 lbs ripped because of the logistics involved with finding other that fit when you have bodybuilder proportions.
02 Reply- +1 y
I feel you, once you get pretty big it's hard to buy clothes off the shelf
- +1 y
I'm more of a practically minded person and at 250 lbs of bodybuilder proportions I wouldn't be able to fit into the required safety gear needed to pursue my hobbies (see my avatar).
+1 yLol I'm 5'7 I would like very funny if I was 250 lbs of muscle. So id go with the other choice
01 Reply- +1 y
You would look good at 205 tho, Google Larry Scott and you'll see what I'm talking about
+1 yAt 6'2 thats hard b/c if i was 180 id be a twig like justin bieber. So in the middle! I want to look like Jeff Seid TBH!
015 Reply- +1 y
to answer your question tho, shredded.
- +1 y
I forgot that height plays a big roll
- +1 y
BIG role in my opinion. There's thousands of 5'6 - 5'9 swole bodybuilder dudes. But being tall and jacked is truly rare (like Arnold, The Rock, etc.) because there's so much space to fill in.
- +1 y
Wow you wanna be that big your on your way tho
- +1 y
No not that big like Jeff Seid (but 2 inches taller) would be my all-time goal. Here: https://pbs.twimg.com/media/AvIapVTCMAEmhHy.jpg

Wow sexy
- +1 y
I though u want to be like arnie haha
- +1 y
@WestcoastBratt is next to me right now and he said he wants to look like zyzz
- +1 y
He said he's willing to do a cycle to get there haha I tell him he's crazy lol
- +1 y
Zyzz haha!!. Ohh zyzz "come at me bro, you mirin?". what a guy. Ya zyzz is legit, but comeon the dude died of drug/steroid/dnp & tren overdose in a sauna in Thailand. He's a fucked up kid with the IQ of a chimpanzee, not the role model for me lol. But zyzz's abs and physique were totally out of this world though.
- +1 y
Zyzz was constantly cyclin' year round! haha, he rode more bicycles than Lance Armstrong, tell him that LMao!!!
- +1 y
Haha funny, u know what he means by cycling haha
- +1 y
Yep, tell westcoastbratt- thats how you get jacked, you don't lift weights you ride bicycles lmao. You eat clen, tren hard and no one can test you.
He'll understand my riddles lol - +1 y
180
I personally would rather have functional muscular movement than being a body build ( not that body builders don't have that )00 Reply
+1 yI would rather be 180 pounds and average like no 6 pack, soft stomach. Because that's how I am now and I feel great about it.

+1 yOut of those choices, it would be the 180 pound shredded guy. My personal opinion: bodybuilders' bodies are UGLY.
04 Reply- +1 y
Bodybuilder bodies can be amazing if they are perfect proportioned
- +1 y
There's a black guy at my gym who's 6'1 and he must be around 230 I think but damn it's amazing to see how big he is, you don't see something like that everyday
- +1 y
I guess you just have to be into that sort of thing. It's not for me.
- +1 y
Yea I guess, I have gotten into the sport a lot more in the last couple months so I appreciate the muscles and cuts, and the little things a lot more now
502 opinions shared on Health & Fitness topic. Ripped & shredded, but definitely not 250 pound, I don't wanna look like some steroid monster :P

+1 y180 pounds, ripped and shredded. Hopefully in a couple of years I'll get there.

+1 yI'm 185 with nice mass now but 250 is sexy to me but maybe a little too big. Maybe :-)

Anonymous(36-45)+1 y180 pounds ripped and shredded but I DON'T LIKE BODYBUILDING AT ALL. I rather go base jumping or hiking than that shit.

+1 yI'm at 155 lbs right now, so maybe 180 lbs ripped
04 Reply- +1 y
Eat more! My boyfriend is 185 & 10% body fat and he eats all day
- +1 y
I haven't worked out in over 4 years until recently this month so I have ways to go
- +1 y
Wow you have a long road ahead
- +1 y
Yeah.. I'm short so umm I think my best weight for my height would be 140 lbs ripped. I just want to have a basic body like Manny Pacquiao again. I did have a similar body like 7 years ago, but instead of 6 pack, I only had 2 at the time.
in both cases my BMI would b 2 much
04 Reply- +1 y
Lol why would that matter?
- +1 y
@Klaatu51 I've said this before, to you too, that BMI means NOTHING. If your BMI is too high because of bone mass, frame size and muscle mass, than that's perfectly ok.
Here is what you should do: Use body fat percentage as a measure. - +1 y
But BMI doesn't mean anything at all, especially if you have a bunch of muscle
- 1.3K opinions shared on Health & Fitness topic.
+1 y180 lbs and shredded would be my preference.
