Can I play Football (soccer) with a fresh Tattoo?

I'm getting a tattoo tomorrow and have a social football game after , ill have it glad wrapped and skins over the top is this okay to do or not? thoughts please, i also have basketball Friday , will this be alright too?

You might damage it if you get hit or land on the tattoo... The skin is really fragile... I would wait on the tattoo or be extra carful not to hit or rub on it... Keep it protected. I would know cuz I have a pretty big tattoo...

if i glad wrap it and have skins over it to stop it from infection will that be ok?

You can glad wrap it but it's the fact that your doing contact sports like football & soccer... There's suppose to be (hardly, if any) friction on the tattoo and the soccer ball hitting you or you sliding on the grass... That's no good

If it were me I would reschedule the ink work or sit out the games but it's ultimately your choice

I would give it a week. It is not recommend to do exercise that may provoke injury to the tattoo and you are going to feel sore anyways.

not for at least a week if anything maybe 2 weeks cause it will get infected
