Okay. You need a better diet. You look malnourished. I'm serious. You need to Eat more protein, a little more fat. START EXERCISING. Eat better and fill out a little with muscle and you might find your tissues gain some of their resiliency back.

@t-shirtsandKneehighs she is NOT fine. She isn't looking for a pat on the head here. She is looking for a solution. The easiest of which is a simple surgery where a few inches of skin are removed. It is one of the easiest of plastic surgeries. BUT exercise and diet will help and she should know that. You don't do anyone any good by lying to them and telling them that something correctible which is not good, is "fine".

Me saying she looks fine is in response to you saying that she looks malnourished. She looks perfectly healthy to me
Her lack of muscle tone and t bones in her arms standing out bespeaks malnourishment. It from too much dieting while maintaining a low protein diet. She has metabolized her muscle tissue. That s what happens when you starve you body or nitrogen. It cannot create the proteins it needs to function, so it catabolizes muscle tissue, its only source of nitrogen. She needs to seriously increase her protein consumption. Telling her she is fine won't help her. She needs protein. Do you have any idea how hard it is on her heart tissues?
There is surgery and there is some creams and lotions that work, maybe not all the way though.

it looks like your skin has been stretched beyond natural repair. No amount of exercise/diet will fix this. i recommend a skin reduction surgery.
My mom had surgery its better.
Surgery is the only thing that will help
