How to get rid of "mothers apron" or extra skin?

please no trolling on this! I gained 60 pounds with my twin pregnancy. I went from 180 and am now 110. I'm stuck with the extra skin that has been stretched out. No matter how clean I eat or how much I workout it doesn't go away. I'm pretty thin besides my tummy. I have a fair amount of muscle on my body, since I lift (no gym so not as heavy as I would like to) and do cardio. Is surgery the only option to help get rid of the hanging skin? I'm curious about firming lotions and wait training but I would like more opinions. I've seen before and after pictures with similar to this and they somehow managed to fix this problem by doing what I've been doing since I gave birth, and mine just doesn't want to go away.
