how you get rid of dandruff? I have bad dandruff and I not doing something right?

If it’s severe and over the counter dandruff shampoos or treatments like aloe don’t work, then see your doctor. You may need a prescription shampoo.

Head and Shoulders works well. They make both shampoo and conditioner.

I've had some shampoos give me terrible dry scalp dandruff and others none at all. I now use a dandruff shampoo, I shower everyday and lightly shampoo my hair and quickly rinse. I do not let it sit and lift too much oil from my scalp, you want to keep the oils in the scalp.

A shampoo with coal tar will usually solve the problem. Neutrogena T-gel was a good product but it was recently discontinued. WalMart has a house brand (Equate) shampoo that is equivalent to the T-Gel.

you got dandruff because there's not enough oils in your scalp your skin is producing naturally. quit washing your hair so much and quit using shampoo so much that shampoo dries out your skin's natural oils needed for your scalp. wash your hair less often and use less shampoo

Tgel shampoo has saved my life! It’s fixed my dandruff so much. I usually buy it on Amazon. I know one of the comments said it’s discontinued so not sure what country you’re from but I was able to buy it on Amazon in the uk last week

For dogs they need to have salmon oil and more fish in diet, not sure for humans

It depends on the shampoo , I noticed if I use a cheaper shampoo, I get dandruff, but if I use there a real expensive one like Paul Mitchell, I don’t get any dandruff

You need to change your diet.
Dandruff is not necessarily a problem but it is a sign of a nutritional deficiency
