Probably not. I have been dieting and exercising to lose weight. I have been doing really well, but still go out to eat with my boyfriend on weekends. I always tell him we can go anywhere as long as we don't get pizza! haha. Not only does pizza have like a million calories per slice (even the "healthy" pizza is like 230 cal a slice), but i also consider it to be a "gateway food". What i mean by this is that it is one of those foods that you just can't get enough of and will make you crave other junk food as well. I know that if i eat pizza that will be it for me and it will be right back to vegging out and complete shit all the time. Pizza is just toooooo goooood! It is also disastrous :( But everyone is different, so if you want pizza then go for it. yolo.

yes, but you do need to make sure to work off the calories. a whole large pizza contains around 2260 calories, more than some people eat in an entire day

Well if you have a high metabolism like me you can just sit in front of your computer all day eating pizza and playing video games without gaining any weight. It's a sad life, really.
