A or smaller if you are going by 1950s sizing like most places do. D or smaller if you are going by modern bras and modern sizing methods.

There isn't really a "small" cup size. But say you have A cups - the bigger the bust size, the smaller they look.

The letter just means that the breasts stick out that much from the body. So logically if you have a larger body and your breasts stick out 1 inch than you have more tissue than someone with a smaller body because that 1 inch is over a larger total area.
