What do you think of horse riding?

Have you ever done it or do you ever want to do it or are you already doing it regularly? Or is it really nothing for you?

I took lessons while I was younger and it was pretty fun. Once my horse triped on a log and fell but noone was heart thankfully. It's a great experience and is helpful if you accidentally get sent back into the past to the medieval times and need to make a quick get away!

It does hurt your legs afterwards and its a bit uncomfortable for guys...

Ah that's unfortunate. Awesome that you used to do it though. In the Netherlands horse riding is a typical girl sport, so every guy is afraid to loose his manliness. So stupid.

It's because the main branch in the Netherlands is dressage and we mostly don't do western at all. We also don't wear jeans while riding, only tight pants so lots of guys think it's gay. Unfortunate for them, because guys who do ride horses are extremely popular with girls.

I'm curious what the guys in your country think of swimming, most of the competitive swimmers have to wear this...

They're missing out a lot. Unfortunate, because it gives you that real adrenaline kick. All because of a stupid outfit. I don't really like guys who have to protect their 'manliness'.
I have no idea what they think about swimming. It's not that much of a common sport here.

No never done it, not my thing. Although the whole job, including cleaning, riding, feeding in total is also a good workout. I know a lot of toned horse riding girls.

True, although it's not really a lot of strength training, but most horse girls have got a good butt, because that's one o the muscles you really train.

Here too, but only for girls. We have almost no guys riding horses, because they think it's gay (I hate it when they say that). My dad is almost the only guy at the place I do it haha.

Because you have to wear tight pants. In my country we don't really do western, so people think directly of dressuur. It looks a bit feminine, but horse riding is definitely not for. pussies.

It started to stand on it's hind legs and it terrified me lol. I have never been on a horse since.
