My height 164 cm and 70 kg weight how kgs I should loose? And am I short?

You are not short, I am 1.65. Your BMI is 26, which is slightly over, but it all depends on your fat/muscle ratio. If you are very athletic, 26 may not be abnormal. If you want to go below a BMI of 26, you have to go below 67 kg, so not that much.

15-20 lbs would be ideal, but you don't necessarily have to lose weight if you happy with your weight

I think about 10 or less. But take it easy, don't push yourself too hard. It will take some time, so try focus on other things too. :)

yep , sorry I know 10kg can be a lot of weight. Lose 1 kg every 2 weeks and that'll a healthy goal :)
