Anybody have any advice for battling stress?

I am completely stressed out I'm going Thur a divorce my boyfriend is in jail across the country my kids are glued to me 24/7 and due to financial reasons I have to live with my soon to be ex husbsnd usually I can listen to some music and that works but it's just not cutting it today I really feel like I might pull out all my hair or just lay down and cry. Please any advice for reducing stress?

Take control of your life, make better choices, get enough sleep every night take melatonin supplement if you can't, workout (has been proven to help), practice deep breathing techniques on YouTube or something, yoga, meditation on YouTube to control your thinking better and longer (eventually) also so you cAn return to meditative state when streSsed.

Go buy a nice vibrator and a HUGE DILDO and have fun. Take a hot bath. Why is your boyfriend in jail?

Lol well I will comment on some of that he is in jail for assault because he is stupid but I don't love him any less and it's way to hot here for bath and I've already tried that I can't even take a bath with out someone barging in and we have 2 1/2 baths in the house

I can't go out I have kids who are stuck to me my boyfriend would be fine with it if I did manage it

My ex husband cared more about the his affairs then me or his kids
